Tables: $ 325 1 Table – 8ft X 10ft Space 2 - Badges

2 Chairs per exhibitor are included in the price and will be there for set up on Friday.
Extra Badges are Limited to 2 may be Purchased for $25.00 per badge.

Artist Tables: $125 1 Table—8ft X 3 ft 2 –Badges

Fan Tables $125 1 Table—8ft X 3 ft 2—Badges

Requests & Deposits: Dealer’s Table Request must be accompanied by payment. No Dealer will be confirmed without payment in full. Tables will be assigned by a first paid system.

Electricity:  Is included in your table rate. Please Bring extension Cords and Duct or Gaffers Tape. To secure Cords to provide Electricity.

Extra Tables:   Must be purchased for $20 each in advance! Tables will be $25 on site If available. Please Note we do not order extra to be prepared for your needs.

Phone Lines:  Available in some areas. Inquire About Price if needed.

Set Up Hours:  Friday 8:00 am to 2:30 pm

Exhibitors Hours:

Friday 2 pm to 8 pm

Saturday 10 am to 7 pm

Sunday 10 am to 3 pm

Load out:  Sunday 3 pm   to 10 pm. 

Nobody is allowed to load out until all attendees have vacated the building.  No exceptions.  More load out details to come.
